Concerned About Joining an MNC While Supporting a Foundation? Let's Discuss Potential Impacts

Hi Team, I need a small help. My name is registered with a foundation that primarily provides free medical support to poor people. The main shareholder is my friend, and I am just supporting.

My issue is that I need to join a company in January 2017, which is a multinational corporation. However, I am not actively participating in the foundation that my friend created; I am only providing support. Will this have any impact on my career in the IT field? Kindly share your opinion on this matter.

I hope you are volunteering in that foundation for a social cause. You will have employment status in that foundation only if you are an employee and if you are drawing a salary for the support you provide.
