How to Create an Effective Feedback Form for Campus Hiring Process?

I am an HR professional, and I recently visited a campus with my technology team for campus hiring. The shortlisting process has been completed.

On Day 1, there was a one-hour presentation followed by a 90-minute written test. On Day 2, face-to-face interviews were conducted for the students who passed the written test.

I am now tasked with sharing a feedback form with the campus, detailing our hiring process and more. I would appreciate your assistance in developing this form.

Dear Colleague,

First, communicate the outcome of the campus visit to your management and obtain their formal approval to move forward, including the cost impact for the campus hires. Many companies reconsider after campus events and may not give HR the approval to proceed further. In such situations, the students' futures after selection are at stake. Based on my past experience, I only proceed after obtaining formal financial and other approvals internally.

Post this, you may send a formal communication to the campus:

1. Provide overall feedback on how you felt about the campus—the infrastructure, facilities, quality of students, and curriculum, etc. This can be sent as a separate communication along with suggestions for improvement.

2. Regarding the selection list, you may send a list of candidates who are tentatively selected and also inform when they are to be onboarded and present to your organization. Include details such as the CTC offered and other vital information to the Placement Officer in a separate communication.
