Seeking a Professional Format for Executives' Orientation Program Reports: Any Suggestions?

I need a format for the top executives to submit their report after the orientation program. Generally, once the top executives join, they are sent for an orientation program across the country to understand the operations process. Upon their return, they are required to prepare a region-wise report. A professionally structured format for submitting these reports would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Rupchand, you could have provided a little more information about the nature of your industry, your company's finished product or service, the definition of "top executive," and so on.

Over and above, we, the members of this forum, are outsiders, and we do not know the internal dynamics of your company. However, if you upload an outline of the orientation program for the top executives and prepare the draft of the report format, it will become easy for the other members to suggest corrections.
