Non Payment Of PF By Employer

Hi Friends,
I am just now joined in a company as Asst Hr mgr , where they didnt pay PF Amount for the last six months and now i have recived a notice regarding that from PF office (its a summon) , wat wil be the punismentor wat r the document that i have to carry to that hearing.
Help me in this ...

Hi,
According to the labour law you have to pay some fine depending on your delay days to meet the same. Though there is a clause for imprisonment up to one year that does not happen.
So try to pay the penalty as per the rule mention by the regional PF office and settle

Please do your home work by making a Note or Explanation.No payment of PF is a Criminal Offence akin to cheating. Pls take legal advice and prepare a roadmap for solving the issue and the first step is payment of the defaulted amounts.

But they have asked to come for Hearing on 18th of december , thy asked to carry form 1(i dont know) and PF register book, attandance,
