What is the minimum wage of Gurugram? What is considered for Minimum wage - Gross salary or basic salary?

Hi Everyone, Please suggest what is the minimum wage of Gurugram.
Also suggest, what is considered for Minimum wage - Gross salary or basic salary?

Pls find attached 02 notifications showing Minimum Wages for the year 2021.

There are different opinion in considering the Minimum Wages (Gross Salary or Basic Salary).

In some cases if the gross wages is more than the MW, then it is acceptable under the MW Act.

But during inspection of records under various act (PF, ESI, S&E Act, CLRA etc) the inspector insists the Basic Wages should not be less than the MW.

Hence, in general, it is advisable "the basic salary should be equal to the Minimum Wages."

Plz be informed that the Govt. of Haryana issues minimum rates of wages notification for employees working in different schedule employments for whole of the state of Haryana & not specific for Gurugram. Current minimum rates wages notification has already been provided by Mr. Dangwal. In the state of Haryana we are to consider basic & other allowances in total of minimum rates of wages.
