I have been suspended from my private job, and a charge sheet has been issued to me. All the allegations are very nominal, such as not performing tasks that were not important at all. However, I have completed all the important work related to my portfolio. I inquired about my deducted salary and job security, and as a result, I was suspended. Now, I do not want my deducted salary and other benefits, but I wish to resign from my job. My question is, can I resign during this period?
