Maternity Leave Pay: Which Parts of My Salary Will I Actually Receive?

Hi, I am getting my salary in parts as below:

- Basic salary
- HRA
- Special allowance
- Transport allowance
- Medical allowance

My question is, for maternity leave, which part of the salary from the above sections will I be receiving?

All the above-mentioned components of your salary are covered under the definition of "wages" given in Section 2(n) of the Maternity Benefit Act 1961; hence, you would be entitled to receive all these components.
