Full and Final Settlement for Early Resignation

If any employee resigns within 15 days after joining the company, is the company required to provide the Full and Final settlement (FNF)?

If you are required to give wages/salary in lieu of notice pay for fifteen days or more, then you will receive F&F; otherwise, you will be paid wages for the period worked, along with any overtime payment, if applicable.
