Hi am planning to start a recruitment firm but have some doubts about the agreement.. how to agreement with the client... is this in email or should i send a hard copy? what is the procedure

An agreement can be oral, by exchange of letters or by the parties to the agreement formally signing it, as per the Contract Act 1872 to make them legal and valid. A formal agreement has a lot of advantages as the terms of the agreement are clearly defined in the document, so there is lesser scope in varying interpretation of them.
