Hi community, Recently a month back there was a compliance issue raised against me for using a personal device for work.
Though it was for few hours and I myself informed the team on call that I’m using a personal device as I wasn’t aware it was against compliance.
The security team of the organization checked my laptop for any client-related information, they didn’t find any as there wasn’t.
Still, the issue is not closed and I’m very worried about my career, I gave them in writing on stamp paper also that I don’t have any client-related documents or anything.
I also told HR that I accept my mistake and I’ve designed for the same and now I’m serving my notice period.
The HR told me that they still need to follow the process and resignation doesn’t count. Can anyone help me? Like what can happen next?
