Dear Friends, I am in the process of reviewing the salary structure for Top Management Cadre employees in the Development Sector in consultation with my friends from similar industries. Please share your ideas on how to make it more appropriate in today's scenario in the Development Sector/Rural Management Sector in India. Kindly share components of the remunerations (not value) best fitting for the industry with supporting remarks.
