Email Error - Any correction in the sentence (Tax Declaration Form to compute the tax)

Any correction in the sentence, kindly confirm. Please find attached the Tax Declaration Form to compute the tax to be deducted from your salary for the F.Y.2021-22.

Kindly fill in the details and send them before Monday, 26th March 2021 EOD. According to your annual income, the tax amount will be deducted. And you will be informed before the deduction of the amount.

Also, request you to make a note on the following Points:

1. Do not forget to mention the Name, EMP Code (as per the pay slip), and Location, PAN Number & Gender (these are the mandatory fields)
2. PAN Number (10digit) & Address is MUST for employees whose tax has been deducted.
5. Form 16 will not be issued until unless the PAN Number information is furnished.
