What "clauses" you are referring to? Do you mean to say clauses of some warehouse act?
When you say "standards", do you mean to say the measures of performance for the warehouse? There are measures of performance to measure warehouse efficiency. These measures are based on inventory turnover, equipment utilisation, delivery accuracy, dock-to-stock cycle time and so on.
Please clarify your requirement.
