Notice period during probation - 3 months is required by you during your employment with the company

Hi, I have joined a company 1.5 months back and currently on probation. The work I'm being assigned is completely different from what was promised during my interview.
Also, the work culture in the company is very bad. They expect me to work late hours, during Saturdays without any overtime pay. I've decided to quit this company for a new opportunity. However current company H.R is forcing me to serve 3 months notice period. Following is an excerpt from the appointment letter

Probation and Notice Period

Your employment is subject to a six-month probationary period. This period of time allows you and ******** to determine. If the position is suitable for you. If the company decided to discontinue/terminate the employment within this probationary period, you will be entitled to a two-week notice.

A notice of 3 months is required by you during your employment with the company to terminate this contract. The company has to give a notice of 3 months to terminate the contract. The notice period is considered to start from the point the termination letter is received and accepted by the manager. However, when situations warrant, as in the case of breach of policies, the company may decide to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

Please suggest me how to proceed with my resignation.
Thanks in Advance.
