Therefore, you may learn the operations of one of the software, but what if MNC, where you apply for an HR position, uses a different HR software?
To grow in one's career, one has to do a study of the systems and processes of one's company. Have you studied various HR processes like recruitment, training and development, employee retention etc. and measured them? Your research in the existing job will give you insight into what is happening in your company why it is happening. Armed with this data, it will be easier to get a job in an MNC than learn the operation of HR software.
