Navigating a 4-Month Maternity Gap: Will It Affect My Wife's New Job Start?

Hi all, this post is on behalf of my wife. She got selected by an IT MNC while she was 7 months pregnant. The company initially asked her to join in 2 months, but once we explained the situation, they were kind enough to extend the joining date by an additional 3 months, making it a total of 5 months. However, her old company relieved her early to avoid paying maternity benefits, which is completely fine with us.

The question now is whether this gap of almost 4 months will create any issues during joining?
