Kindly guide me on what can be done during my notice period. I was forced to resign from my position by my reporting manager and area sales manager. I joined Care Health Insurance Company in the agency sales department five months ago. The reporting manager did not provide proper support and guidance during my tenure with Care Health Insurance. Whenever I requested to join business calls and development activities, the reporting manager refused to support and did not allow me to build the sales team initially. Instead, he started pressurizing me to bring in business every day. This constant mental harassment and demotivation led to a decrease in my productivity. When I asked for guidance or support, the reporting manager behaved rudely, using vulgar language, underestimating me, insulting me in team meetings, and constantly threatening to terminate me or put me on a performance improvement plan (PIP).
