If your company 2,500 employees then it is a big company. To track the learning activities of the employees you need to buy an exclusive "Learning Management System" (LMS) or a full-fledged version of HRIS or HRMS. Secondly, the software should be cloud-based as well.
Far from 2,500 employees tracking the learning activities of 250 employees on MS Excel or Google Sheet is difficult. Hence the suggestion.
