Struggling with KYC Approval on PF Portal Despite Updating JAVA – Any Solutions?

While trying to approve the KYC and online claim on the PF portal, I am facing an issue. I have attached the file for more reference. Can someone help me with the solution for this? I have already updated JAVA in the system.

I thought the USB Digital Signature tokens and Java don't work in Firefox. I am having to use the Maxthon browser for the same.

Token Insertion Issue

Based on the screenshot, it seems you have not inserted the token or started its software like Pro Key Token Tool, ePass Token Manager, or whichever is installed.

Recommended Versions for Digital Signatures

To digitally sign documents, it is recommended to have the following versions of Firefox and Java:

Firefox 40.0.2

Java 8

Having these specific versions will ensure a smoother digital signature process.
