Applicability of bonus register in college registered under shop and establisment act

Is bonus register is applicable in college .
Plz suggest me if applicable i n what rule and section and subsection and kindly attach excel format of bonus register.

As per section 32 Act not apply to certain classes of employees. As per sub section V of this section nothing is this Act shall apply to universities & educational institutions. Thus you are not to maintain any bonus register under the Payment of Bonus Act & Rules.

Similar provision is available u/s 41 (e)(ii) of the Code on Wages,2019 which will replace the Payment of Bonus Act,1965 on its enforcement.
