How to bold part of a text string in Excel using a formula

Suppose:
A1 = Anil Kumar

Output should be: "We would like to inform you that one of our employees is named Anil Kumar."

Here, "Anil Kumar" in A1 should be bold, while the rest should remain normal.

Dear Myexcelwork, have you selected the text and later made it "bold," or did you select the text and then use "Ctrl + B"? It should work.
