Is it COVID pandemic induced insecurity or the insecurity arising out of on-spot termination by the management? There has to be some reason. Please confirm to us the reason for the insecurity. By the way, your primary query is on changing the company's culture. However, the company's culture is always shaped by the top leadership. Therefore, please confirm what is your designation and whether do you have sufficient authority to bring the change in the organisation's culture.
