You have provided the list of interview questions for the HRBP role. Fine. However, the same questions can be asked to a candidate who is applying for the role of HR Manager. About 25-30 years ago, the same questions could have been asked for the position of Personnel Manager.

Is HRBP Just Old Wine in a New Bottle?
