Whether the company is small or big, the goal of the HR Manager does not change. The goal of the HR manager should be:
a) Improving the productivity of human resources
b) Measure the ROI of the various HR interventions and above all
c) Increase the
Human Capital Return on Investment (HCROI)
While there could be other goals like employee training, employee engagement etc., however, these are the sub-goals whatever HR activities may be, ultimately these should result in achieving any of the above all.
