NDA for employees who have the data access with them - working in data mining team?

Hello, this is an urgent and immediate request to everyone to help me with clauses we can add to the NDA document for the data team. Does anyone have a format ready that we can get signed by the team working in the field of data aggregation, data mining, and having data access with them? Thanks in advance.

Though you have raised your requirement, you have not provided any details about the nature of your industry, your product or service, the job description of the data team, or with whom they interact in general.

Irrespective of the department in which an employee works, a paragraph on "Non-disclosure of information" is usually included in the appointment letter. Has your company done this? If yes, could you please share the exact wording of this paragraph? The "Non-disclosure Agreement" for the Data Team should contain more than just this paragraph.

Our startup in the media-entertainment industry

Our startup is in the media-entertainment industry. We are working with performing artists from all over India. Currently, we have 40,000+ verified data entries that can be directly used by clients looking for these artists.

Everyone on the team is engaged in data mining, aggregating data from online sources, contacting leads from online ads, finding artists online, and encouraging them to register with us. The entire team has access to this data for various tasks such as calling, emailing, contacting the artists, and checking their work online.

NDA and data security concerns

An NDA is provided at the time of appointment, but it lacks significant mention of data usage and data security of the company. We are in the process of adding this information to the existing NDA or are prepared to create a new one specifically focusing on data usage rights for team members handling the data. We have included a clause stating that upon leaving the organization, employees cannot work in a similar industry or organization for 5 years. This document is then signed and notarized to become a legal document.

I trust I have addressed your queries, and I am seeking a format to incorporate into the NDA for employees.

When I searched on Google for "Non-disclosure Agreement Format Citehr," I found several NDA formats. Upon clicking one of the links on Citehr, I discovered many others. I recommend downloading the formats available on this forum, making the necessary changes, and uploading the draft copy here. Some senior members might come forward to provide corrections.

We, the members of this forum, are outsiders; therefore, it will be challenging for us to prepare the NDA specifically for the employees of your company. Even if someone attempts to do it, it will take more than half a day. Will any member invest that much time? That remains to be seen!
