Late-Night Employee Transport: Are There Rules We Should Follow for Shift Workers?

Hi, kindly provide any rules and regulations for employee transport after 9 pm onwards. If employees (male/female) are working in shifts (e.g., 3 PM to 11 PM) that are supposed to be completed after 11 pm, should we provide transport facilities to their respective homes? Is there any act that governs such transportation matters?
