Continuation of Employment Post-Superannuation

The employee is superannuated after reaching the age of 58 but wishes to continue on the payroll and discontinue contributing to the PF and Pension scheme. Is it the employer or the employee who should provide representation regarding continuation and discontinuance, or is there any form available for representation?
