If an international worker has left their job and wishes to withdraw their PF amount but has forgotten their password and their registered mobile number is deactivated, please guide.

Under "Forgot Password," there are options to change the mobile number, provided the employee has all submitted documents handy. The portal may ask for verification of any one document to proceed. If it matches the documents submitted, they will allow the change of mobile number by sending an OTP to the new number. Thereafter, the employee can proceed to change the password.
