Probation Confirmation
What if the employer doesn't provide any paperwork or official email after a 3-month probation period? Does it mean that the employee is confirmed or still on probation? My thought is that if probation is extended, the employer should provide an extension notice due to unsatisfactory performance. Otherwise, does the employee have the right to presume they are a confirmed employee? Please give your inputs.

The term "furlough" doesn't exist in the offer letter. Can the employer enforce furlough on employees through a verbal dialogue over the phone, without any email or formal letter shared with the employee? The employee gets two options: either to resign or accept furlough. Please give your inputs.
