Attendance calculation - how i can automatically calculate early and late minutes from the following List?

Hi, How I can automatically calculate early and late minutes from the following list.

there must be any fixed time of entry and exit prescribed by the management, and based on that time frame (and relaxation allowed by management) only the early and late can be calculated, in absence of basic information the query is just mathematical riddle only, where all things are on assumption basis only
now a days finger tip or biometric attendance machines are popular, who calculate all these as per programs entered
