Hi, how can I automatically calculate early and late minutes from the following list:
ID Name Date/Time Status Name
1 ABCC 26-12-20 8:14 In 1 ABCC 26-12-20 16:04 Out 2 ACDD 28-12-20 7:50 In 2 ACDD 28-12-20 15:58 Out 3 IJKL 28-12-20 7:45 In 3 IJKL 28-12-20 16:00 Out
To calculate early and late minutes, you can subtract the 'In' time from the 'Out' time for each entry. This will give you the duration the person was present. Then, based on your criteria for early and late, you can determine the early and late minutes accordingly.

@Salman, there must be a fixed time of entry and exit prescribed by the management. Based on that time frame (and relaxation allowed by management), only the early and late can be calculated. In the absence of basic information, the query is just a mathematical riddle, where all things are on an assumption basis only.
