Am I allowed to request people work on a Sunday - suggest wording I can include in the employment contract?

I would like to employ people to work an 8 hours day, 5 days a week that will include a Saturday and Sunday every third week.
Am I allowed to request people work on a Sunday and can someone suggest wording I can include in the employment contract?
