Dear Richa,

Behavioural training programmes are not gender-specific. Whether for men or women, the training programmes remain the same.

You have not mentioned the women employees work in what capacity. What kind of interaction they have, with whom do they have and why do they have. Have you faced any problems in the company and or behavioural training is going to be a proactive approach?

Whatever the reason for organising the training programme may be, you may organise the training on interpersonal skills, listening skills, questioning skills etc.

Lastly, what happens after training is also important. What will be the mechanism to ensure the learning is implemented in the day-to-day work? Sans this mechanism, my observation is that a large number of programmes just go waste.

Thanks,

Dinesh Divekar
