I have 13 months of experience at Kotak. I took three days of leave with permission due to my mother's health problem. After that, I was absent for six consecutive days without informing anyone. On the 6th day, I informed the manager that I wanted to exit the organization and sent a resignation email to HR with proper medical documentation. I am not serving the notice period, but I have been in daily communication with HR and the manager. I am okay with paying out the notice period, meaning that if I do not serve the notice period, they will deduct the money from my full and final settlement. HR mentioned they would assist me, but the manager is not approving my release. Can they consider this as absconding? If they do, what actions can I take?
