Dear all, this is my first post on CiteHR. I have compiled a list of labor laws applicable to the IT/ITES industry specifically in the state of Maharashtra:

- Shop and Establishments Act
- Provident Fund Act
- ESIC
- Gratuity
- Employee's Compensation Act
- Payment of Bonus Act
- Equal Remuneration Act

Please give me your inputs on whether this list is complete or if something needs to be added or deleted.

Many of the acts you referred to have now been amalgamated into four labor codes. These codes were passed in the Lok Sabha yesterday and have been approved by the Rajya Sabha today.
