Applicability of Gratuity to employees of multi-state credit co-operative society

Dear Team please guide us whether gratuity is applicable to Multi state credit co operative society employees which is registered under 2002. Kindly send details of the same as well

POG Act is applicable to Credit Cooperative Societies. So Multi States Credit Cooperative Societies, how it can be excluded from it?
To my knowledge Credit Cooperative Societies by-laws also has a provision to establish a gratuity fund or make other arrangements for the purpose. Please check it.
