Dear Umesh Jahagirdar ji, the POG Act is applicable to Credit Cooperative Societies. Therefore, how can Multi-State Credit Cooperative Societies be excluded from it?
To the best of my knowledge, the by-laws of Credit Cooperative Societies also have provisions to establish a gratuity fund or make other arrangements for this purpose. Please verify this information.
