Dear sir, I want to know about PF & ESI enrollment - we have some employees below 18 (adolescent) what i have to do please help me this problem as soon as possible .

PF & ESI enrolment have no minimum age fixed. But if you are employing adolescent workers, have you got requisite permission under the Factories Act 1947, if you are involved in manufacturing process. Hoping so, the procedure remains the same for adult workers and adolescents in both the legislation.
How to get Old ESI no with out knowledge from previous establishment?
