Seeking Advice: How Does Your Company Structure Management and Graduate Trainee Programs?

Hi all, can anyone please share the management trainee program and graduate trainee program that your company follows? I am working in an eCommerce startup and need to frame a program for MTs and GETs that I hired from top B-schools and premier institutes.

Additionally, if someone can share a campus plan or framework, it will be very helpful as a guide to prepare one for my company.

You could have given a little more information. How many GETs or MTs has your organization employed? What will be the duration of the GET/MT Programme? How many departments do you have in your company?

Generally, the GET/MT program lasts for one or two years. In this program, around 2-3 GETs are assigned to each department. They typically work for a fortnight or a month in each department. At the end of the fortnight or a month, an exam is conducted by the training department to assess to what extent the MT has absorbed the knowledge of that department. The records of all the exams that MT takes in each department are maintained meticulously. At the end of the MT program, the MT with the highest average is awarded the "Best MT of the Year."
