Can I Withdraw My Resignation to Keep Maternity Benefits During Pandemic Leave?

On Feb 29, 2020, I sent my resignation to my institute as I am unable to attend my office due to my health (PREGNANCY). However, after some days, the leaves started due to the corona pandemic. I want to withdraw my resignation because if I resign, I will not avail of the maternity benefit. However, my HR always says no in verbal communication. Is there any way to withdraw the resignation?
