HR is telling stories like we sent relieving you will receive it as soon as possible but it been 5 months

Hi, I have resigned from my organization on 06th March 2020 due to a medical emergency still I did not get relieving from the employer. if I ask my HR is telling stories like we sent relieving you will receive it as soon as possible but it been 5 months I did not receive it yet.
Please suggest me what to do

Did you obtain the resignation acceptance letter? If yes, take it up with the management. If HR is telling stories, approach Chief executive of the company, if possible meet personally and discuss and sort out the issue. But the formalities from your side should be clean and correct as per the HR policies/Appointment letter clause on separation.
