Annual returns under equal remuneration act - practically all companies have different remuneration for the same levels

Hi Seniors, Can anyone guide how to file annual returns under the Equal Remuneration Act, practically all companies have different remuneration for the same levels of employees. The variance can be based on experience and previous firm earning. What to do..! Please share feedback..
