Dr. Kumar's contributions to developing the HR field in general and the CiteHR forum, in particular, are noteworthy. I had the opportunity to speak with him once, and I found him very enthusiastic about discussing HR matters. His passing is a loss to his family and also to all of us. Om Shanti!
