Declining Appointment letter - digitally signed it but now I got an offer from another established company

I got appointment letter fram a MNC 15 days back, I digitally signed it but now I got an offer from another established company which is closer to my present place.What legal implications if any i can have if i didnt join ,I am supposed to join in July.Please giud me in this regard.Thanks

There are two practical things, please see below:
1. If you have joined the previous Company and digitally signed on-boarding documents - then you are bound by the Appointment letter and have to serve a notice period/ pay in lieu of notice period. This case might have legal ramifications if you don't abide by the contract.
2. If you have joined nowhere - you may choose from the best offer in regards to factors like working conditions, life-balance, benefits, salary, job security, etc.
