Confused About Karnataka LWF Registration? Do We Need It or Just File Form D?

We are registered under the Shops and Establishment Act, with staffing as our main service. Our client is asking for the LWF registration number. Can anyone help me with whether there is a registration required under LWF in Karnataka? If there is, please help with the process of registering, or do we just file Form D without any registration?

The Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund Act of 1965 is applicable to your establishment if your staff strength is 50 or more employees. Please share the details of LWF contributions remitted online, along with Form D, to your client.

Dear Mr. Vamsi,

There is no Registration of Establishment Process. You have to remit LWF Contributions on or before 15/01/2020 for the Year 2019. Please go through the relevant act in detail once.
