I am the only one that has received "specific" training to provide "specific" services - Can employer sue me for leaving?

Hi and thank you for all your time reading the post. I want to ask. I have decided to leave my current job. I am still under probation period. I am giving my employer 1 week of notice as per my contract and award. I believe employer can't stop employees from resigning.
However, I am the only one that has received "specific" training to provide "specific" services offered by the company. I am worried if the employer will sue me for ruining their business? As when I go, more than likely they have to train another person so that they can provide the "specific" services.

Terms and condition of offer letter would have to be checked.
If they have spent money on training you and there is a minimum period you have to serve then company can ask you to pay back cost of training.
Unless one specifically knows what is there i your job contract, clear answer will be difficult.
Company may not accept your resignation without recovering cost of training.

Thank you above, yes you are right there is training incentive I have to pay them. And I have every intention to pay them that amount. Then can they still sue me?

If you pay the amounts due why shoyld they spend time and money suing you.
They will train a replacement and move on.
Deal tactfully
