(i) Do we need to follow the minimum wages declared under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, and Tamil Nadu Rules, 1953?
(or)
(ii) Do we need to follow the minimum wages declared under the Factories Act, 1948, and Tamil Nadu Factories Rules, 1950?
(or)
(iii) Do we need to follow the minimum wages declared under the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947?
We believe that the minimum wages declared under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, and Tamil Nadu Rules, 1953, are applicable to workers at a factory registered under the Factories Act, 1948, and Tamil Nadu Factories Rules, 1950. Is this correct?
