Hello, I am not able to withdraw or transfer money from my previous PF account as the PF department states the account is already settled. I joined Quess Corp on 27th January 2020, and my leaving date was 9th October 2021. During my employment, I successfully made advance claims a few times. However, once when applying for an advance claim, it was processed for Form 19 and Form 10. This happened because the wrong exit date was updated on the PF portal. I escalated this issue to my employer, and after submitting a joint declaration form, the exit date was corrected, and contributions resumed in the same account.
After leaving the company, I joined a new company and submitted a transfer claim form, but it was rejected. This has happened 3-4 times. I have registered grievances several times, but each time the PF department says contributions were made to a settled account and advises contacting my employer to rectify this. I have contacted my employer, but they claim it was my mistake, and nothing can be done from their end. Please help.
