Sir, I have been terminated with the notice of termination two months in advance (without any reasonable cause), which, as per the contract, is right. No written reason was given. I just want to know how I can get a stay on my termination letter. I also want to send a legal notice to the school to state the reason for termination in writing.

Are you on your probationary period? In any case, you need to know the reason for termination and you are entitled to it. Were you employed in a school?

Firstly, try to talk to the school administration. It might be possible that by doing so, your problem can be solved. Additionally, an employer cannot directly terminate you if you fall under the category of "workman" (under the Industrial Disputes Act).
