Social Security Options for Employees Earning Above ESI Limit in Maharashtra?

Hello to all. In Maharashtra state, if any of my employees/staff's salary is above 21000/-, he is legally out of the purview of ESI Act. I want to ask you, what is the social security provision I can provide to these employees (staff not covered by ESIC scheme).

You can consider offering Personal Accident Insurance and Group Term Insurance policies to these employees.
